Job Title: Freelance Paid Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to design, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on conversion optimization and proficiency in managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Create and manage paid marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and audience targeting.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids and targeting to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop audience segmentation strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
