Job SummaryThe Appointment Setter role involves engaging with U.S. based prospects through outbound cold calls, utilizing provided contact lists. This requires effective communication of our business offering and the ability to qualify leads.
Responsibilities include setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, tracking outreach activity in CRM or spreadsheets, refining call scripts, and sharing feedback with the sales team.
Key Qualifications- Minimum one to three years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Must have B2B calling and appointment setting experience.
- Ability to handle a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
- Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
