Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development projects. This role is responsible for driving design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

  • You will oversee the full lifecycle of software engineering projects, ensuring they meet their scope, quality, time, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Microservices architecture, Java, Spring, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies.

A degree in Computer Science and at least 10+ years of proficiency in the whole software development lifecycle are required. Proven experience in software architecture is an advantage.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team to resolve technical challenges and drive unit-level initiatives to build technical competency.
  • Ensuring the team meets best software engineering practices, quality processes, and methodologies.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency through innovative thinking on product and process improvements.
  • Managing multiple interfaces, relationships, and communication to ensure software delivery aligns with customer requirements and adds value to their business.

  • Technical Skills:
  • ArgoCD, CI/CD, Confluence, Docker, GCP, Gitlab, GitOps, Grafana, Gsuite, InfluxDB, JIRA, Kubernetes, Mongo DB, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Prometheus, Postman, Terraform.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working with one of the public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, AZURE).
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux.
