Senior DevOps Engineer Position

">Job Description

We're seeking an accomplished Monitoring & Incident SRE to ensure system reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate will design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce operational complexity while maintaining high-quality services. As a critical member of our engineering team, you'll work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
