An Accounts Payable Clerk is sought to join the team. This role ensures timely and accurate transactions, maintaining healthy cash flows and contributing to financial stability and growth.

  • Financial resources outflow management includes bill processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • BILL is used to manage the AP process.
  • Bills and check requests are reviewed and verified.
  • Payment terms are enforced.
  • Vendor records are accurately maintained.
  • Accounts payable reports are prepared and maintained.
  • Purchase orders, contracts, bills, or payment discrepancies are resolved.
  • Credit is ensured for outstanding memos.
  • Payable accounts reconciliations are performed.
  • Month-end closing activities are assisted with.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting is required.
  • Proven experience as an accounts payable clerk is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles is essential.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Netsuite, and BILL, is expected.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
