Job Title

A Financial Management Professional is responsible for the accurate and timely financial information of our organization.

  • Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information, maintaining books of accounts (Journal, Ledger).
  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets, calculate employee work hours.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
  • Enter new employee data into company database, participate in implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Contribute to policy development and documentation, contribute to company-employee communication.
  • Adhere and facilitate programs for employee safety, welfare, and wellness education, monitor formats and quality standards.
  • Respond to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and deductions, distribute payment statements.
  • Participate in meetings with top-level executives, communicate and transact with different providers.

For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent course. You should have at least 1 year of experience as a Payroll Accountant, working knowledge of basic accounting principles, manual bookkeeping skills and ability to process large number of employee salaries. Additionally, you should be familiar with Labor Laws, possess high level of integrity and excellent communication skills.
