You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee data management, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes.

Maintaining and managing accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS) is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, supervising benefits administration, managing employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims processing, and vendor management, are key responsibilities of this position.

The HR Supervisor Lead will also lead and supervise the HR operations team, providing functional training, guidance, and support. This individual will serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns related to benefits and other HR matters.
