The HR Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and streamlining all HR operational processes, ensuring the seamless execution of employee data management, company benefits, and government benefits. This role is responsible for managing HR administration, supporting HR initiatives, and providing efficient delivery of HR services to employees across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration and employee data management.
  • Maintenance and management of accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes.
  • Benefits administration supervision.
  • Management of employee benefits programs, encompassing enrollments, claims processing, and vendor management.
  • Leadership and supervision of the HR operations team, providing functional training, guidance, and support.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns related to benefits and other HR matters.
  • Resolution of operational issues while maintaining high levels of service to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
