Data Insights Specialist

This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Your expertise will help drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely development, production, and analysis of sales performance, manpower management reports, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Develop and execute data simulations to predict campaign performance.
  • Analyze simulation results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare work process documentation as part of records management.
  • Contribute to various distribution projects, programs, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with a major in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, Math, Accounting, or other financial courses.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent technical skills, programming skills, knowledge of financial spreadsheets preparation, trend analysis, data simulation, and report commentary writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to perform data simulation.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within agreed SLAs.
