As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying ahead of the curve on software security innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex technical issues and navigate customers through issue resolution steps with ease.
  • Handle complaints and escalations via various channels while exercising sound judgment to make informed recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT Security concepts, encompassing antivirus, networking, encryption technologies, and more.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to lead customers through troubleshooting processes.
  • Advanced computer proficiency and at least 1 year of experience in Linux, Unix, DNS, Networking, Network security, Apache, Proxies, Email security, HTTP protocol, Bash, Web proxy, Web security, Spam filtering, Active Directory.
  • Thorough understanding of network protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
