About the Role

As a Sales and Operations Manager at Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals and operations staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and oversee day-to-day contact center operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Overseeing day-to-day contact center operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or operations management in the contact center industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
