Student Support Specialist Role

We are a dynamic educational consulting company seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform administrative and logistical tasks efficiently.

This position involves overseeing communication between clients and various departments, coordinating workflows, managing data processes, and ensuring client needs are met.

Familiarity with education, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to produce quality research are essential. This role requires handling individual student cases, college admissions-related tasks, and client requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily office activities, handle client communications, direct inquiries, and provide administrative support.
  • Business Development: Work on projects contributing to team and company growth during off-seasons.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in productivity software and business tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience engaging with diverse groups and working within multidisciplinary teams.
