**Operations Coordinator Opportunity**

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to streamline and optimize daily operations. This role involves inventory control, stock management, logistics, order processing, and process optimization.

  • This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Knowledge of multi-channel stock & inventory management is necessary, particularly with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track e-commerce orders from placement to delivery for on-time fulfillment.
  • Liaise with suppliers and courier services to resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Implement tracking systems to improve delivery times and order accuracy.
  • Identify bottlenecks in order fulfillment and implement improvements.
  • Manage stock levels across multiple platforms, ensuring 95%+ accuracy in stock updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, optimize processes, and implement improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
