Key Responsibilities

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for collecting on outstanding accounts receivable, communicating with clients to resolve issues, and ensuring timely collections. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect on outstanding accounts receivable by communicating with clients.
  2. Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

  5. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B collections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Average proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
