We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Audit Associate.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior staff to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
- Develop and implement effective audit strategies, ensuring compliance with US regulations
- Analyze client data using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Identify technical issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the development of new audit methodologies and processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in audit
- ERISA and Employee Benefit Plans expertise required
- Strong understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and industry rules
- Experience with paperless auditing applications a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Remote work arrangement with minimum internet speed: 50-100 Mbps
- Dedicated home office area with private, quiet workspace
- Business continuity plan with power and internet backup
