Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

The role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional involves developing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, identifying and resolving defects, and championing software quality. This individual will collaborate closely with developers, analyze requirements, and ensure that financial technology applications meet global standards.

This position is full-time and requires a 4-5 year experience in relevant field. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and industry best practices. Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools, as well as version control systems, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and ensure all defects are resolved prior to release.
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the development cycle.
