Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and marketing team in achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Performance Management: Oversee all sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Provide training and support to enhance skills and productivity.
- Budget Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, marketing effectiveness, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a senior management position.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiations.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing channels. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
