Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Professional to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for implementing conversion tracking, verifying and sanity-checking its implementation, debugging tracking issues, and communicating with internal teams.

  • Implementing Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking for various web properties, including forms, buttons, e-commerce, and other relevant elements.
  • Verification and Sanity-Checking: Ensure that conversion tracking is correctly implemented and functioning as expected.
  • Debugging and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve tracking issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, and other tools to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Customized Reporting: Create detailed reports from Analytics and other sources to support business decisions.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM): At least 4-5 years of experience managing GTM for web properties, overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Web Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA3/GA4) and other web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Amplitude.
  • JavaScript Knowledge: Basic understanding of JavaScript programming.
  • Digital Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in digital analytics, web traffic metrics, and strategic planning.
  • Third-Party Tagging: Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, and related technical aspects.
  • GA Account Transition: Experience transitioning GA accounts from Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Communication: Native-level spoken and written English communication skills.
