Workforce Planning and Analytics Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to drive strategic workforce management initiatives.

  • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement using metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity.
  • Predicting work volume, handle time, and staff shrinkage to provide staffing recommendations enhancing workforce management and center-wide performance.
  • Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards highlighting key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action.
  • Implementing improved forecasts and plans; measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and recommending actions to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics.
  • Creating, maintaining, and distributing reporting and plans guiding various teams towards success and adding value to the broader organization.
  • Researching and recommending performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • High proficiency in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with or understanding of Sales system, CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Excellent critical thinking, ability to serve as a change champion, and encourage team members to find innovative ways of meeting business demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
