Job Description

This role involves reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations and internal policies/procedures to develop testing plans and testing scope that validate regulatory implementation.

The successful candidate will plan and execute validation testing in line with applicable regulations, documenting results and communicating these results to management.

Shift: Flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop testing plans and testing scope that validate regulatory implementation
  • Plan and execute validation testing in line with applicable regulations
  • Document results and communicate these results to management
  • Review and interpret laws, regulations and internal policies/procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Experience related to monitoring/testing, including planning tests, ideally in compliance testing, operational risk, or internal/external audit
  • General knowledge of bank regulations; knowledge of payments, market abuse, privacy, AML, Sanctions, and fraud is a plus
  • Understanding of regional regulations and applicable laws
  • Preferred knowledge of Custody, Asset Servicing, FX, Fund Administration, Fiduciary, Brokerage, or corporate governance topics
  • Ability to advise management and the business with confidence and expertise
  • Experience providing compliance advisory and operational support
