Job Title: ERP Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of ERP Project Coordinator.

This position will involve assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, serving as a secondary client contact, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools is also required.

About the Role
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
