Implementation Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where you will be responsible for guiding brokerages through setup and onboarding of our Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools.

As an Implementation Specialist, your primary focus will be on configuring and training clients on the features of our tools, including agent commissions & split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation and reporting features, and troubleshooting issues when necessary.

You will also maintain a multi-call cadence with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy, and resolve questions. In addition, you will shadow, learn, and progressively take ownership of client calls and implementations after training.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, QuickBooks, or real estate back-office operations, and possess strong client-facing communication skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and train clients on our Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools.
  • Maintain a multi-call cadence with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy, and resolve questions.
  • Shadow, learn, and progressively take ownership of client calls and implementations after training.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate unique cases when necessary.
  • Use structured SOPs, product documentation, and peer-reviewed case studies to support client needs.
