The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the accurate assessment of credit applications and timely collections of outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure service delivery aligns with the global process model and agreed service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Credit Limit and Risk Management: Review and analyze credit limits, risk exposure, and debt collection targets on a timely basis.
  • Order Approval and Release: Assist credit analysts in approving orders according to established policies and procedures, while ensuring that releases meet requirements.
  • Customer Master Update: Maintain the Customer Master update with credit limits, customer type, and approved payment terms.
  • Accounts Receivable Portfolio Review: Coordinate and supervise collection efforts, analyzing and performing collection activities on assigned accounts receivable.
  • A/R Adjustments and Root Cause Analysis: Review and analyze A/R adjustments to ensure they meet established requirements, and provide final solutions to resolve complaints filed by internal and external customers.
  • Team Support and Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor team members, supporting A/R Analysts in day-to-day issues and questions, and escalating situations requiring managerial decisions.
  • Process Documentation and Review: Ensure timely updates of process documentation and perform regular reviews.
  • Dispute Resolution and Performance Calls: Work with customers, local counterparts, sales, and operations to resolve disputes arising from billing and documentation issues, and conduct regular catch-up and performance calls with the country.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance.
  • Process Knowledge: In-depth end-to-end knowledge of the process.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Credit and Collections, with at least 3 years in a lead role, preferably in BPO or SSC industry, and experience working with ERP like SAP FI module.
  • Soft Skills: Strong relationship building, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and continuous improvement skills, with ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
