Project Coordinator and Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. This role involves compiling and submitting grid applications to Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Work setup: Hybrid (3x RTO, 2x Remote), Dayshift

  • Compile and submit grid applications to DNSPs in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical data and documentation for applications.
  • Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and optimize applications.
  • Monitor the progress of grid applications and communicate effectively with DNSPs.
  • Address any queries or additional information requests from DNSPs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all grid applications and their status.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
