Lead EIA Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

We seek an experienced EIA Manager to lead ECC delivery for energy and large infrastructure projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) delivery and management across various project locations.
  • Collaborate with in-house experts and external partners to ensure timely completion of technical reports.
  • Review and approve quality assurance documents in English and/or Tagalog.
  • Manage a team of suppliers and coordinate with ESIA teams overseas.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in ECC management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ESIA experience in renewable energy projects, particularly offshore wind.
  • Able to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or others).
