Job Overview

The Advertising Campaign Assistant is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to edit and optimize email templates while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require candidates with experience in setting up and managing advertising campaigns, collecting creative assets and specifications from clients as needed.
  • Candidates must be able to take screenshots of ad placements for client approval, handle basic client creative requirements, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • It is essential that ads are properly displayed and functioning, with simple adjustments made to creative assets as required.
  • Candidates will document campaign setup with appropriate screenshots, verifying that ads meet technical specifications before launch.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems.
  • Candidates must have technical proficiency in troubleshooting creative assets, sending push notifications, and taking screenshots.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to follow documented processes with attention to detail.
  • Superior follow-through and collaboration skills are necessary, with experience working effectively across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates with experience in media publishing or travel/hospitality industries are preferred.
  • Knowledge of creative optimization best practices is beneficial.
  • Experience with cross-channel campaign coordination is advantageous.
