Job Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

This position involves managing client relationships, overseeing ongoing projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and maintain positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage in regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects efficiently.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices).
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
