Virtual Medical Manager - Remote Opportunity

Job Description

A Virtual Medical Manager is a senior leadership role that oversees the daily operations of a team of virtual assistants. The primary responsibility is to ensure alignment between the virtual assistant's performance and client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of medical professionals and clients
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability
  • Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services
  • Medical client-VA management
  • Client needs management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine or healthcare-related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare management or remote management
  • Highly proficient in English language (written and oral)
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals
  • Self-starter with growth mindset, focused, organized
  • Training and development experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements
  • Efficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite
