E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of e-commerce platforms and maintain user engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Optimize product listings by adding detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.
  • Develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, and businesses to drive sales and growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience in content, product, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2 level).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
