Job Title: Ecommerce Strategy Manager
About the Role:The Ecommerce Strategy Manager will lead client relationships, drive results, and enhance ecommerce experience for all stakeholders. As a strategic, reliable, and client-focused professional, you will oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive business growth
- Manage client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to ensure progress is on track
- Resolve client issues through efficient issue resolution processes
- Maintain accurate records of client information and account activity
- Contribute to quarterly case studies and team updates
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client/account management (agency preferred)
- Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Zoom (or ability to learn quickly)
- Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
- Real ownership over your accounts and strategies
- Entrepreneur-friendly – use company tools to grow your own Amazon brand
