Plumbing/Sprinkler Take-off Specialist

This role involves conducting takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.

Project estimation relies heavily on accurate interpretation of drawings, precise calculations, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs from drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided templates.
  • Ensure timely submission of projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail are crucial.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines are required.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
