Mathematical Estimator

We are looking for a skilled mathematical professional to take the lead in estimating for sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of math and be accurate and methodical in their work.

They will also have some knowledge of building projects and estimating, with a willingness to learn about washroom projects.

• Follow site visits by sales reps, taking survey information including sketches and customer requirements.
• Use the focus washroom costing template to accurately price washroom refurbishment projects, including analyzing sketches and calculating materials needed.
• Ensure the quotation template and scope are correct, especially for bespoke project elements.
• After the sales rep checks the estimate, collate the quotation, CAD drawings, and case studies into a standard proposal template and send to the client.
• Ensure all project documents are correctly uploaded in the CRM system.
• Post-training, handle more complex washroom tenders from initial drawings, understanding them, and preparing costings in the client's tender format.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of materials and labor costs.
• Keep current with product knowledge.
