The goal of this role is to identify and engage individuals with a passion for travel, networking, and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel Booking & Management
    • Coordinate accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on various platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
    • Ensure that all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
    • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
  • Team Development & Growth
    • Identify potential team members who can assist with travel bookings.
    • Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.
    • Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using online travel agencies.
    • Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Compensation:
  • A commission per successful booking.
  • An additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
