Lease-to-own retailers seek individuals to provide solutions to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

This role involves collaborating with various departments on behalf of customers, ensuring that their problems are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in-person to provide product information, take orders, or address complaints.
  • Verify that customer issues have been resolved and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills as necessary.
  • Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated teams for further investigation.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative is required.
  • A background in handling US-based clients is mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during the onboarding period is essential.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude.
