Main Responsibilities:
  • Connect with interested buyers, consult, and facilitate the sale of the appropriate asset.
  • Manage high-value deals from start to close.
  • Be responsible for closing the deal and helping business owners achieve an exit.
  • Allocate time to work on the highest-priority deals.
  • Work with sellers to prepare profit and loss statements with accurate revenue and expense data.
  • Guide sellers in navigating features and tools to optimize listings for maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to enhance listing visibility and attractiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance during negotiations.
  • Assist with transaction processes, including letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, and payment procedures.
