Amazon Project Manager Role

Our team is seeking an innovative Amazon Account/Project Manager to support our European-based clients. This role involves documenting meetings, assigning tasks, managing Amazon-related workflows, and ensuring seamless project execution.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Marketplace Expertise: Understand the nuances of different marketplaces, primarily US and English-speaking markets; stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.
  2. Project Management: Coordinate activities, oversee timelines and deliverables, assign tasks effectively, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  3. Client Management: Manage 3-5 clients, build strong relationships, understand client goals, provide updates and performance reports.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Engage with clients and teams, collaborate across functions.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, data analysis skills, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, ZonGuru.
  6. Brand Management: Develop strategies for growth, optimize listings, manage PPC campaigns, analyze sales data, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must-Have:
  1. 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Experience across Amazon marketplaces.
  3. Leadership and project management skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite.
  • Advantageous:
  1. Experience with task management tools like Slack, Notion, Trello.
  2. Experience working with an Amazon Agency.
