Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will analyze business processes, design and implement solutions, ensuring that data and analytics capabilities meet business needs. This will involve recommending/developing solutions to meet business objectives, handling batch cycle operational support, and introducing new technologies to address changing business requirements.
Responsibilities- Analyze current business processes and scenarios, and recommend/develop solutions to meet business objectives.
- Handle batch cycle operational support, including data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management.
- Introduce, implement, train and support new technologies addressing changing business needs.
- Flexibility to work on implementation/upgrade/support activities based on requirements.
- Manage basic security roles to properly address the needs of various business teams and audit requirements.
- Facilitate/co-coordinate workshops with business key users to collect requirements, processes and objectives. Provide ad-hoc training and advanced consulting/IT services.
- Work with development team to provide solutions to users, carry out unit testing and facilitate user testing, and document functional design, test cases and results according to business requirements.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
- Minimum 4 years SAP experience with at least 2 SAP project implementations and support management
- Advanced configuration skills in SAP BW module, including basic Authorization Management
- Business process experience or background relevant to the functional discipline (e.g., manufacturing, planning)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relations
- English language fluency in business writing and comprehension
