Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical support to internal stakeholders, gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Investigate databases to answer complex questions and address data issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to empower decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Lead and other team members to deliver actionable insights.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming operational data into valuable information that drives business optimization and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data-focused roles.
  • Strong SQL coding skills, including JOINS, CASE statements, and basic window functions.
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
