Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Creating memorable service interactions that exceed customer expectations
  • Developing a strong understanding of assigned brand products, procedures, and resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ months of contact center experience within the last 2 years
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a French Bilingual in the BPO or customer service industry
  • Language proficiency level B2
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Preference for remote work experience
  • Ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate effectively
