Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Creating memorable service interactions that exceed customer expectations
- Developing a strong understanding of assigned brand products, procedures, and resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 12+ months of contact center experience within the last 2 years
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
- At least 1 year of work experience as a French Bilingual in the BPO or customer service industry
- Language proficiency level B2
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Preference for remote work experience
- Ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate effectively
