The Cash Collection Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash collection process. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving payments from clients and reporting all collections in a timely manner
- Preparing and submitting collection reports on a regular basis
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative assistance and/or general accounting
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and EXCEL
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English proficiency
