Workday HCM Consultant

A high-level job entails day-to-day project support for various clients including ad-hoc assistance and implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support Workday HCM project delivery by executing daily tasks and providing expert advice on best practices.
  • Analyze client business needs and provide solutions to complex problems through in-depth analysis and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify strategies, risks, and options for post-production requirements.
  • Develop expertise in core functionality and future product direction of Workday HCM.
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to grow the practice.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.
  • Active HCM Workday Certification required.
  • Workday Functional Supplemental Certification an advantage (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation).
  • Excellent consulting and presentation skills with ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.
