Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clerical tasks, including mail sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering of office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and provide a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Take initiative to anticipate and resolve issues that may impact office operations.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
