Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and assisting with benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments and changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.

This role requires a strong foundation in human resources principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Candidates who can work under pressure and meet deadlines will be preferred.
What We Offer

Holysheep Commerce Inc is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, which includes:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
