Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced direct-response video editor to create high-quality AI videos that drive results and contribute to the success of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct-response copywriting, experience with professional video-editing software, and a strong understanding of AI video tools and social media trends.

This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with founders and have the opportunity to lead your own team in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality AI videos per day, following preset scripts and styles.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, and apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Manage daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the company founders and executive team, providing updates when necessary.
  • Train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Proven experience with professional video-editing software, such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • Autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
  • Rapid learner who is genuinely excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of AI tools and social media trends.
  • Attention to detail; follow instructions and believe in getting it right the first time.
