Job Title:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our IT team and drive automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. As an IT Lead, you will be responsible for building and deploying business solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and build custom applications with Power Apps on Dataverse
  • Partner with Accounting teams on Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online (AP/AR, approvals, bank reconciliations)
  • Mature Microsoft 365 governance by implementing Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams policies, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Power Platform
  • Lead and mentor two IT specialists, implement runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight Center of Excellence

Outcomes in First 90 Days:

  1. Three production automations saving at least 10 hours per week
  2. Implement multi-factor authentication and conditional access baseline, as well as DLP policies for Power Platform
  3. Develop a BC/QBO automation roadmap and live KPI dashboard

Work Setup:

Remote work arrangement with occasional in-person collaboration when possible.

Compensation Package:

Competitive base pay matched to current level, with potential for up to 100% uplift based on portfolio evidence and career progression. Additional benefits include 13th month pay, performance bonus, and certification incentives. Compensation structure will be discussed during the first interview.
