Our foundation traces back over 15 years, with our roots being formed through international business and technology consulting, and focused on Automation and Quality Engineering.
Innovo is looking for a seasoned technical leader to head up a Manila-based automation and AI delivery team. This is a hands-on leadership role with equal focus on technical execution and team capability building. You'll lead and mentor a team of seven, developing their skills in both automation technologies and core software engineering practices.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' experience in automation, AI, and software development.
- Strong track record delivering automation and AI solutions from concept to production.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience in technical teams.
- Expertise in
Camunda BPM
,
AI
, and
Agentic orchestration
. - AWS Bedrock experience for building and deploying AI models.
- Solid understanding of automation architecture, integration patterns, and modern development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 engineers.
- Drive upskilling across technical automation skills and core development disciplines.
- Oversee delivery of complex automation and AI projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as the technical escalation point for RPA, AI, and orchestration work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Innovo to align technical delivery with business outcomes.
