Job Overview

This is a stimulating opportunity to work with a global organization that has transformed into a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of Software Developers to deliver outstanding process automation products built across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms.

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in Agile practices and contributing to SDLC activities such as requirements analysis, tool development, and CI/CD support.
  • Defining test plans and strategies and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
  • Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong bottom-line orientation, be able to analyze situations effectively, anticipate emerging technologies, and provide timely information to others.

Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.
