Marketing Automation Specialist

This role involves setting up and configuring software to automate marketing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, as well as experience in using marketing automation software for campaign management.

Responsibilities
  • Configure marketing automation software to align with business goals; identify opportunities for process automation and implement automated workflows.
  • Create and manage automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences; optimize automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in the software; set up lead follow-up pipelines and configure lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Customize and manage the CRM to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance; create and manage pipelines, deals, and contact records.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns using the software; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns; analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Configure communication channels within the software (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders; ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards; monitor key metrics and KPIs; provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Train team members on using the software effectively; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software-related issues; stay up-to-date with software updates and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years' experience in using marketing automation software for campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing automation software features, updates, and integrations.
