Test Automation Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products through automation testing.

Your primary goal will be to develop and execute automated tests, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify areas that can be automated. You will create scripts that simulate user actions and behavior, helping us to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for web applications.
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify areas that can be automated and create scripts to simulate user actions.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation processes and tools.
  • Document automation processes and design efficient automation frameworks.
Requirements
  • Experience in automation testing, preferably 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in writing automated tests using Selenium and Cypress.
  • Solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
