Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams.

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and documentation while ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and risk management, with proven experience using Procore for managing contracts, variations, budgets, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, or a related field advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charger EPC industry in Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Procore, with the ability to manage all aspects of the project using this software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in managing site teams.
